ARM: EXYNOS: Improvements for 4.2

Sorry for the noise, I pushed an older version of my patch (v2 instead of v3):
      ARM: EXYNOS: Get current parent clock for power domain on/off
Splitting patches between home and work does not help.

I will resend the pull request for this.
