Fix the warning:
arch/arm/mach-omap2/vc.c:302:47: warning: logical ‘or’ of collectively exhaustive tests is always true [-Wlogical-op]
As we're toggling both CLKREQ and OFFMODE, we should also be checking
OFFMODE.
