[PATCH] ARM: Kconfig: Increase FORCE_MAX_ZONEORDER for FSL LS1021A SoC.

FORCE_MAX_ZONEORDER of 12 is needed to allocate more than 4MB of
consistent DMA memory for DCU frame buffer driver.
