Vivek's USB patches are now in Linus' tree:

46c1cda88c6e "usb: host: ehci-exynos: Remove unnecessary usb-phy support"
2db941623d5c "usb: host: ohci-exynos: Remove unnecessary usb-phy support"
2f7f41c7a73c "usb: ehci/ohci-exynos: Fix PHY getting sequence"

so the Exynos5250 Arndale issue should be fixed.

Olof, could you please ressurect and merge your multi_v7_defconfig refresh
patch (it contains a lot of useful changes for Exynos platforms)?
