[GIT PULL 1/2] ARM: Keystone SOC updates for 3.16

Hi Arm-soc folks,

Please pull below keystone SOC updates for 3.16. It merges cleanly with
arm-soc 'next/soc' head. As already discussed, the $subject pull request
has a depedency with DT dma-properties pull request [1] I sent last week
to be pulled into arm-soc.

The following changes since commit c9eaa447e77efe77b7fa4c953bd62de8297fd6c5:

  Linux 3.15-rc1 (2014-04-13 14:18:35 -0700)

are available in the git repository at:

- Drop unused COMMON_CLK_DEBUG option
- Enable MTD_SPI_NOR config needed for M25P80
- Enable coherent higher address memory space
