With this patch applied I get a flood of these messages:

cpu cpu0: failed to scale vddpu up: -22
cpufreq: __target_index: Failed to change cpu frequency: -22
cpu cpu0: failed to scale vddpu up: -22

cpu cpu0: failed to scale vddpu up: -22

Any suggestions?
