[PATCH v2 repost] serial: sh-sci: Add device tree support for r8a7{778,740,3a4} and sh73a0

Simply document new compat strings.
There appears to be no need for a driver updates.

Greg, I am hoping to get the platform side of this change included in v3.16.
As there are no code changes I think it should be safe enough. But I am
wondering if you could either merge this patch or give an Ack so that I'm
not using bindings in dts files that have not been accepted by the driver
maintainer.
