[Patch v3] 4/7] leds: Remove ARCH_KIRKWOOD dependency

mach-kirkwood has been removed, now that kirkwood lives in mach-mvebu.
Use MACH_KIRKWOOD which will be set when kirkwood is built as part of
mach-mvebu.
