ARM subplatform maintainer mailing list

One topic that came up during the ARM mini-summit is that it's hard
for the platform maintainers to notice when we (the arm-soc
maintainers) send out information that might be relevant for them to
see.

In some cases, they should probably try to find and read the email we
send. :-) But it's also useful to have a forum to reach only the
submaintainers or key contributors in one go without it drowning in
patch postings. For a while we did it manually with To/Cc headers, but
there are too many to keep track of that way.

So, I asked David Woodhouse to create a list on Infradead for this.
It's open for anyone to subscribe, and it's at:

http://lists.infradead.org/mailman/listinfo/arm-platform-maintainers

House rules are simple:

* This is not for code, not for patches, etc
* This is for coordinating work:
 - No more pull requests until the merge window (besides fixes)? This
is where will announce it.
 - Tree-wide ARM platform issues? Maybe this is where we'll send it as
cc, but discuss on LAKML.
 - Announcement of an upcoming ARM mini-summit? here too.
 - ... But no patches, no code, and really no code discussions.
