[ARM ATTEND] Late request for a general invite

Hi,

I'm writing to request a general invite to the 2013 ARM Kernel Summit.

I am the maintainer for the Altera SOCFPGA platform and would like to
attend the summit in order to be better prepare on how to contribute to
the Linux kernel.
