[PATCH] orion-gpio: enable IRQ_GC_MASK_CACHE_PER_TYPE

enable handling of separate mask registers for Orion SoC GPIOs,
fixing indeed the regression introduced by e59347a
"arm: orion: Use generic irq chip".
