Subject: [PATCH] ARM: OMAP: Beagle: use TWL4030 generic reset script

Enable TWL_COMMON_PDATA_POWER such that OMAP3530 revisions of the
Beagle (Bx/Cx) will not hang on reboot when running at 125 Mhz.
