[PATCH v2] ARM: PXA27x: fix workaround for AC97 reset

Whoops, I just submitted some patches that clash with this.  Sorry, didn't see
this one.  I'll test this, and will resubmit my patches to work with this one if
necessary.  Your code placement is probably better.
