[PATCH] ARM: OMAP2+: Remove duplicate omap4430_init_late() declaration

Commit bbd707ac {ARM: omap2: use machine specific hook for late init}
accidentally added two declarations for omap4430_init_late().

Remove the duplicate declaration.
