[PATCH V6 6/9] ARM: mxs: Provide regulator to pwm-backlight

[Andrew Chew]

The pwm-backlight driver now takes a mandatory regulator that is gotten
during driver probe.  Initialize a dummy regulator to satisfy this
requirement.
