[PATCH] remoteproc: fix missing CONFIG_FW_LOADER configurations

[Ohad Ben-Cohen]

Remoteproc requires user space firmware loading support, so
let's select FW_LOADER explicitly to avoid painful misconfigurations
(which only show up in runtime).
