The header 'mipi_dsim.h' below has a lot of generic content which could
be used by other DSI controllers too. But there are things which seem
specific to the Samsung SoC.
'mipi_dsim.h' makes it sound like a header for a generic DSI controller.
Since that's not the case, you might want to consider renaming this as
's5p_mipi_dsim.h'.
