[PATCH 8/8] S3C2410: move io-init to SoC specific files

Introduce common.c to replace calls to s3c24xx_init_io
and make the s3c2410.h header obsolete.
This also removes unnecessary references to s3c2410.h that were
still present in s3c2440 and s3c2443.
