[PATCH v2 6/7] arm64: Enable ARMv8 RTSM model (SoC) support

This patch adds the necessary Kconfig entries to enable support for the
ARMv8 software model (Versatile Express platform) together with
vexpress_defconfig.

Not sure whether we should bother with vexpress_defconfig. There are two
ways we can handle SoCs on arm64:

1. Add SoC Kconfig entries (like ARCH_VEXPRESS) which select the
   required options and don't bother with an additional defconfig.
2. Keep the SoC Kconfig entry to a minimum (or not at all, depending on
   the SoC) but add a defconfig.

Of course, the 3rd way as in this patch providing both selects in
ARCH_VEXPRESS and a defconfig.
