[PATCH v4 4/7] mmci: replace readsl/writesl with ioread32_rep/iowrite32_rep

[Davide Ciminaghi]

Not all the architectures have readsl/writesl,
use the more portable ioread32_rep/iowrite32_rep functions instead.
