[PATCH 4/5] ARM: EXYNOS4: Add support SMDK4212 Board

This patch adds mach-smdk4212.c to support SMDK4212 board.
Now it can support HSMMCs, I2Cs, RTC, WDT and Keypad. Other
features will be supported next time.
