[RFC PATCH 3/3] ARM: S5PV210: common struct clk support.

This patch allows S5PV210 to be ready for the common struct clk.
"arch/arm/mach-s5pv210/clock-common-clk.c" has clock definitions
compatible with struct clk_samsung of common struct clk support for
Samsung SoCs.

This patch contains machine-specific (S5PV210) codes for the series.
