assembler for the i.MX SDMA controller

Hello all,
 
I try to write an assembler/disassembler tool for the i.MX356 SDMA
controller. For this I will use the instruction codes from the i.MX31
reference manual.
 
Is there anyone who did this before or are there any suggestions?
