[PATCH] ARM: Mailing lists have moved

I've been lurking on this list for some time, trying to find the time to participate - sadly still lacking.

I'd like to thank Russell for doing an excellent job. It's not easy managing lists and pleasing people......

Well, since you no longer have to be subscribed if you want to post
to the new list, and you can still read the list through an nntp gateway,
I would assume that it works for you as well.
