[PATCH v3] mtd: rawnand: meson: check return value of devm_kasprintf()

[Yi Yang]

devm_kasprintf() returns a pointer to dynamically allocated memory
which can be NULL upon failure. Ensure the allocation was successful by
checking the pointer validity.
