[PATCH v2 13/15] spi: Rename SPI_MASTER_GPIO_SS to SPI_CONTROLLER_GPIO_SS

Rename SPI_MASTER_GPIO_SS to SPI_CONTROLLER_GPIO_SS and
convert the users to SPI_CONTROLLER_GPIO_SS to follow
the new naming shema.
