Ideally this should be moved one level up, as the bridge side shouldn't
care about drm_encoder. Creating the encoder, attaching to the bridge
and creating the connector using the drm bridge connector helper all
belong together in the display controller driver outside of bridge code,
and once all encoders have been converted to the new model, it can be
done unconditionally without caring about the type of bridge.
This can be done on top of this series.
