Bridge drivers mainly uses dev_xxx logging.
New drivers do not use the deprecated DRM_ logging.
This goes for all logging in this file.
Remember to drop include of drm_print.h

In code similar to this in a previous patch kmalloc() was used.
Both are OK, I just noticed that the code differs.

Use of mode_set is deprecated, new drivers shall set their mode in the
atomic_enable operation.
