problems with odroid c2 support with kernel 4.10 from master

Okay, the issue with scpi was that I did not load mailbox.
About issues with usb, I was investigating them a little on the irc
channel yesterday, I know the problem I've reported is not necessarily
odroid c2 specific and there are more usb problems, that have been
recognized already and are on the todo list.
