Outreachy internship

Hello everyone,

I've submitted a proposal for an Outreachy internship to upstream Actions
Semi Owl SPI controller driver in Linux kernel. I believe that this internship
will create a better upstream friendly environment for contributors to work
with our community. I'll be acting as a mentor over the course of this
internship.

This internship targets S500 SoC in Allo Sparky board.
