RFC: remove --enable-debug-log from autogen.sh

Hi,

$subject pretty much says it all, I just got hit by
this again (it happens every time I build from git),
and I had to re-run ./configure manually and do
another make; make install.

IMHO libusb is pretty much unusable when build with
--enable-debug-log, it spams so many messages that
it is very hard to see any actually useful messages,
and it significantly slows things down when doing
high bandwidth stuff.

So I would like to remove the standard passing of
--enable-debug-log from autogen.sh ...
