1.0.9 RC4 code freezout: T-12H

All,

In about 12 hours, I'm going to tag whatever exists in libuxb master as 
a release candidate, meaning that from then on and until release (or 
until a new RC) only critical patches will be accepted and everything 
else will be deferred.

If you still have something that you'd like to see in libusbx-1.0.9 
then, now's the time to send it for review.

I'll also try to upload a tarball of 1.0.9rc4 once it's tagged. From 
there on, you'll have until the 1.0.9 release, which is planned for 
Monday, to test and try to identify issues.

PS: I'm aware that 12H is very short. Future RCs will have more ample 
notice with regards to code freezout.
