Can you give us more details? Does it happen in all browsers you can try 
and on all machines. In what environment/OS did you try to access it? 
Have you also tried flushing your DNS cache?
On Windows, you can do that with "ipconfig /flushdns" [1].

Also, if using a recent version of Firefox, you may get some additional 
info as to what the problem might be by enabling the Web developer console.

http://libusbx.org seems to work fine from my end, and since we haven't 
heard from anyone else, I have to assume that it is also fine for the 
people who tried it, which I expect a few of us did. Unless we get 
reports that it doesn't seem to work for others as well, we'll have to 
assume that this is an environmental issue on your side.
