ETAs for libusbx operability and first release?

Yeah, it looks like libusbx is dead.  I don't have any time to work on this anymore since I'm moving to a startup.

You can find the downstream fork I maintained at jawbone at https://github.com/vlovich/libusb/tree/jawbone.

Hopefully it's useful.
