Hi guys, this whole thread is absurd.

How about resetting the dicussion or wait for some code to
prove or disprove a point.

This discussion is all over the place and everyone
is refusing to understand each others point and runs of
at a tangent with little relevance t to the actual substance
of this thread.

For what it is worth my view is:

1) It surely is reasonable to expect libusbx to be able to
enumerate the devices in efficient enough matter, this
is basic functionality required by many people.

Maybe the filtering approach is good enough for that.

2) If above requires creating a process, I fail to see
that it would be a maintenance or implementation nightmare
or a deployment/versioning problem in the field.

More like FUD.
