Agreed. The problem was Graeme had no interest whatsoever in supporting 
and improving his code and expected others to do that job for him.
I told him I'd do it, but that I saw the need for improvements, so I 
would wait until libusb-1.0 was in a position to integrate win32 support 
to look into it.

With continuing Windows backlog, and me also choosing to rescue the 
Nokia hotplug implementation instead of working on -win32 when I could 
have had a chance, that never happened.
