libusbx 1.0.10 released

Got sidetracked a bit, as usual...
tarball is up, doxygen was updated by Windows binaries will wait till 
tomorrow.

One thing I realized way too late is that I completely overlooked the 
OS-X info pollution bug which was opened against 1.0.10 (so much for 
having a roadmap that explicitly links the bugs targeted at a specific 
version), so this has been moved to 1.0.11.

You will also notice that the libusbx.org portal page was completed. 
Please check it out. One thing I should point out is that menu heads 
also point to pages that may not be in the menu. For instance clicking 
the About top menu will bring you to the SF project page.

Finally, effective immediately, you should consider the 
libusbx at lists.infradead.org list as dead. 
libusbx-devel at lists.sourceforge.net is the only list that should be used 
to post messages, and messages to lists.infradead.org will be ignored.
