Of course not. Unless this occurs on version of an OS I deem worth 
supporting, I'm not going to bother investigating, which is the point I 
tried to make earlier. Time is a limited resource, so I am choosing 
where I plan to use mine and you shouldn't really be surprised there. 
Fixing a benign issue (this is a benign warning) that does not seem to 
occur on anything than older systems doesn't not seem worth investing 
time on (but, as I indicated, if the other maintainers want to step in, 
I don't have an issue with it).

Now, when someone comes with a recent system where CLOCK_MONOTONIC is 
not available, I'll be willing to look into it. But if anything, we 
might as well prefer removing the CLOCK_MONOTONIC ifdef if we only 
expect old systems to have to be concerned about it, so there's also 
more than one way to go about it.

Or, even better, I'll just wait for this fix to make it into libusb to 
decide if I want to apply it... ;)
