libusbx v1.0.9 has been released

I'd prefer to keep libusbx under wraps until April 16th, but that is 
just a preference. The reasoning is that, assuming curious individual 
check us out, I'd like to present something that looks a bit polished.

If this was a commercial project, and I was its manager, I'd say we're 
still nowhere near a state of going public with it. For instance, I 
found out earlier that we/I completely forgot to rebrand the README, so 
it still points to libusb.org and libusb-devel => anyone who picks the 
1.0.9 tarball may send requests to the wrong list...

I have a rebrand patch in the pipe, along with doxygen fixes, so this 
will be fixed in 1.0.10, but the above is also part of the reason why I 
wanted to have an internal release before we go public, so that we have 
a bit of time to smoke out things.

But really, it's a public FLOSS project, and I'm not trying to hide 
anything, so feel free to do what suits you best. If all goes well, 
we'll go public in less than 15 days anyway...
