I see. This explanation makes sense. I too no longer have access to
MSDN (the subscription was courtesy of a well-known member in
the libusb mailing list). On the other hand, I have many colleagues
who have MSDN subscription so I can go there and check. Indeed
Windows 3.1 and WFW3.11 and DOS are all there, just not
Win98, WinME and Win2k.
