Under Debian 3.1 and Debian 4.0, libusb_get_speed()
returns unknown but I think this is not a problem for 1.0.9.
I am not worried about Debian 3.1 with 2.4.27/2.6.8 kernel.
Probably Debian 4.0 (2.6.18) could make to work as
/proc/bus/usb/devices file has the right information. But it is
not a problem for 1.0.9. the function works fine under
Ubuntu 8.04 (2.6.24).
