libnl releases question

Hi,

The libnl website https://www.infradead.org/~tgr/libnl/ mentions version
3.2.25 to be the latest stable release, also https://www.infradead.org/~tgr/
libnl/files/ only goes up to 3.2.25. Are those just outdated and not
maintained, or is that true?

On the other hand, my debian (sid) currently ships 3.2.27 and 
https://github.com/thom311/libnl/releases seems to be the place for getting
releases these days?
