NL_ACT_xxx usage with cache API

Hello,

NL_ACT_NEW/DEL/CHANGE/.. were previously available in public cache API,
but since recently they are not exported anymore.

Is this a mistake or they are not supposed to be used ?

If they are not, how should I use "action" parameter in change_func_t ?
