about an error on libnl.

When I try to install libnl version 3.2.16 on my sytem (x86_64, Red Hat 
Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8   ), I have this error:
../../lib/route/cls/ematch_syntax.y:31.9-16: syntax error, unexpected 
identifier, expecting string

I'm not able to resolve it.
Any idea ?
