[patch] unprovide caches when freeing cache_mngr.

Hi,

The attached patch is not actually from me but from Alexander Sack
(<asac at jwsdot.com>).

It unprovides caches when freeing a cache_mngr to avoid keeping a
dangling reference to NL_AUTO_PROVIDE caches.
