[PATCH] Change how internal python tests are invoked

	Hello,
the last mass rebuild for Fedora 33 uncovered some potential issue with
invocation of the python tests [1], those for libical-glib. I've been
told what can be done to avoid the problem [2], thus I did it
downstream. I guess it would be nice to have it in the upstream too,
also considering that it might not have any bad side effect (I do not
know python, I just guess so).

The patch for it is attached.
