[PATCH] Libical threading problem

Hi,

I noticed that the travis CI builds for Mac where hanging.
After investigating (and finally findng a Mac I could test with)
I found the hang was due to a thread locking problem.

Which reminded about the OpenBSD bug reported in
https://github.com/libical/libical/issues/320

Bottom line: attached is a git-format patch that I'd appreciate people testing
or you can test libical's fixthreading branch.

Please do test very soon -- I'd like to release this in a 3.0.2 very soon.
