Libical 1.0.2 Release?

Hi all,

I'm thinking about making a Libical 1.0.2 release.

The main reason is for backporting a fix for https://github.com/libical/libical/pull/215
that helps some people with CalDav.

(For you KDE folks, this is about https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=325224)

If I do go to the trouble, I may as well backport a few other fixes.
But no other fixes come to my mind.  So, if you have any fixes you'd
like me to backport to a 1.0.2 release please notify me ASAP.
nothing binary incompatible, of course.

So if you have thoughts on this matter please speak up.
