continous transmit mode

Hi Dakshayini,
Continuous transmit mode is used for FCC testing where the radio is put into a state of a continuous tone at a certain frequency. This can be setup via a specific script that writes to the appropriate 8686 registers. Let me know if you need the scripts for setting this up.

Hi all,
I am using libertas driver (SDIO 8686 chip ) for wireless interface and wanted to know what does continous transmit mode and monitor mode mean and how to operate libertas driver in continous mode .For certification we need to opertate in continous mode . I couldnt find any proper details regarding this modes.
If anybody can give details about those mode will be very helpful.
