Yeah.  Usually if you think there are patches that are ready to go to
Linville, just copy linux-wireless@ and we can discuss the patch there.
But specific, *non*-patch discussion (like "it doesn't work") should
still happen on libertas-dev to keep noise out of linux-wireless.
